It just doesn't look very neat when you take her out of the box, it's a bit frizzy. I don't think that Operetta's hair is as good as some of the other dolls hair. Her victory rolls where ok but the rest of it just seemed a mess, i was expecting more defined curls. I know a few people have moaned about her hair so i think it's a common problem. I still love her though
